Ingredients

  • 70 g quinoa (washed)
  • 700 ml water
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Add ingredients to jar

Add 70g of washed quinoa, 700ml of water, and 0.5 tsp of salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the quinoa

Select the "Roasting" setting on The Upliance 2.0. Set the temperature to 95°C, lid off, for 3 minutes. Then, close the lid and continue cooking at 95°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring (stir duty 6, stir angle 140). The device will then automatically switch to a lower power setting (PID constant 50) for an additional 600 seconds to ensure even cooking. The Upliance 2.0 will maintain precise temperature control throughout the cooking process.

This recipe does not require repeating the cooking process. The Upliance 2.0 automatically manages the cooking time and temperature.

The dish is ready

Once the cooking cycle is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the cooked quinoa from The Upliance 2.0 jar and strain it. Serve immediately.
