The Upliance 2.0 will sauté the ingredients in the jar at 95°C for 2 minutes using automatic stirring with the lid off.
Add peeled and deseeded mangoes, Jeera Powder, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Dried Red Chilli, Sugar, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
The Upliance 2.0 will cook the sauce at 95°C for 10 minutes, followed by 90°C for 10 minutes, then again at 95°C for 30 minutes using automatic stirring and the lid on. After cooking, let the sauce cool down in the jar, then transfer to a bowl and refrigerate. The Spicy Mango Ginger Sauce is ready.
