Add chicken keema and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the chicken in the gravy. Set temperature to 95°C and cook for 720 minutes with automatic stirring. Stir again at a higher speed for 5 seconds before cooking for another 960 minutes at 95°C.
Garnish with 0.5 tbsp ghee and 2 tsp Kasoori Methi in a separate bowl. The Chicken Keema is ready to serve.
