Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 200 g Chicken Keema
  • 1 tbsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Black Cardamom
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • 2 Tomatoes (cut into two)
  • 45 ml Water

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add ghee, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and all the spices to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the gravy

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically cook the tomato and spice gravy. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 300 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will then stir at a higher speed for 10 seconds to ensure thorough mixing.

Add chicken and repeat

Add chicken keema and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the chicken in the gravy. Set temperature to 95°C and cook for 720 minutes with automatic stirring. Stir again at a higher speed for 5 seconds before cooking for another 960 minutes at 95°C.

The dish is ready

Garnish with 0.5 tbsp ghee and 2 tsp Kasoori Methi in a separate bowl. The Chicken Keema is ready to serve.
