Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 2 pieces Green Chilli (remove), 1 piece Garlic (remove), 10 cloves Garlic (peeled), and 2 pieces Onion (cutTwo) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. Add 2 pieces Tomato (cutTwo) and cook for an additional 3 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cook the tomatoes at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping.
Add 0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder, 0.75 tsp Coriander Powder, 2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 1 tsp Dried Red Chilli, and 200 g Washed Prawns (washed) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Add 30 ml Coconut Milk and cook for a further 2 minutes at 90°C with automatic stirring.
Garnish with 2 stems Coriander Leaves (mince). The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for the last 2 minutes. The Prawn Curry is ready to serve.
