    Ingredients

    • 2 piece Onion (cut into quarters)
    • 2 piece Dried Red Chilli (stalk removed)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 2 piece Tomato (cut into halves)
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 0.75 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 0.25 tsp Amchur Powder
    • 200 g Tofu (cut in cubes)
    • 80 ml Water
    • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Add aromatics

    Add onions, dried red chillies, garlic, and refined oil to The Upliance jar.

    Sauté aromatics

    The device will now chop the ingredients and sauté them on low heat for 3 minutes.

    Cook gravy and tofu

    Add tomatoes and spices. The device will cook the gravy on low heat for 5 minutes, blend it, then add tofu and water to simmer for 15 minutes.

    Serve

    The dish is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with Rice or Chapati.
