Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 2 pieces Onion (cutFour)
  • 2 pieces Garlic (remove)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 2 pieces Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 200 g Tofu (cut in cubes)
  • 80 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Dried Red Chilli
  • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Add aromatics and tomatoes to jar

Add Onion, Garlic, and Tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut and sauté using CLASSIC mode at 20°C for 10 minutes.

The device will now cook the gravy

Add spices (Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Coriander Powder, Amchur Powder, Dried Red Chilli) and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook using TAT mode at 95°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring.

Add Tofu and Water to jar

Add Tofu and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook using TAT mode at 95°C for 600 seconds then 90°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring.

Garnish and serve

Add minced Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 bowl. The Tofu Masala is ready to be served.
