Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 15 g Cashews
  • 200 g Prawns (washed)
  • 150 g Coconut Milk
  • 50 g Curd
  • 0.75 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 10 units Yellow Mustard Seeds
  • 250 g Aromatic Paste
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Cashews, and Aromatic Paste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 85°C for 120 seconds, then increase to 90°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the prawns

Add washed Prawns, Coconut Milk, Curd, Turmeric, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will cook at 20°C for 10 seconds, then at 95°C for 300 seconds, followed by 90°C for 600 seconds with automatic stirring.
