Ingredients

  • 1 piece Capsicum (cutFour)
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Green Chilli
  • 4 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (rootCut)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 200 g Paneer (cut)

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Capsicum, Refined Oil, and Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut the Capsicum using the pre-programmed "cutFour" setting.

The device will now sauté and mince

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the ingredients at 120°C for 60 seconds using automatic stirring. Then it will mince the Garlic and Coriander using a pre-programmed mincing setting for 10 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add Paneer, Turmeric, and Black Pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the mixture at 120°C for a total of 360 seconds, using automatic stirring and the HML heating mode.

The dish is ready

Garnish with the remaining Coriander Leaves. The Paneer Capsicum is ready to be served. Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve with toast or roti.
