Ingredients

  • 470 g water
  • 3 tsp rosemary (dried)
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp pomace olive oil
  • 3 stems celery (chopped)
  • 40 g frozen peas (washed)
  • to taste salt
  • 35 g penne pasta
  • 8 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 0.5 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 piece onion (cut into four)
  • 40 g coriander leaves (washed)
  • 1.5 tsp dried red chilli
  • 100 g carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 40 g sweet corn (washed)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add water, rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil, celery, peas, salt, jeera powder, red chilli, carrot, and sweet corn to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook vegetables

Select The Upliance 2.0's sauté mode at 100°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically adjust temperature and stirring as needed.

Add pasta and aromatics to jar

Add penne pasta, garlic, and coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select The Upliance 2.0's CLASSIC heating mode at 20°C for 10 minutes, followed by TAT heating mode at 95°C for 900 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Once cooking is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. The Veg Pasta Soup is ready to be served. Garnish with extra coriander if desired.
