Add 400g of thick curd, 4 tsp of sugar, and 60g of chopped almonds to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Close the lid. Select blend mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set speed to 12 for 15 seconds, then 10 for 10 seconds, and finally 11 for 10 seconds. The device will automatically stir and blend the ingredients.
If the lassi is not completely smooth, repeat the blending process for another 10-15 seconds at speed 10 on The Upliance 2.0.
Once blended, The Upliance 2.0 will indicate completion. Pour the lassi into glasses and garnish with additional almonds as desired. Serve chilled.
