Add Nigella Seeds, Jaggery, Bay Leaf, Dried Red Chilli, and Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds with speed 14. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.
Add Tomatoes, Sugar, Tamarind Paste, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Close the lid. The Upliance 2.0 will cook at 95°C for 300 seconds (5 minutes) with speed 1, then at speed 13 for 300 seconds, then at speed 1 for 300 seconds, then at speed 14 for 300 seconds, then at speed 13 for 300 seconds, with automatic stirring and PID control (pidConstant 90 then 50).
This step is not needed. The chutney is cooked in the previous step.
Once cooking is complete, add Mint Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently for 10 seconds at speed 12. The Jain Sweet and Spicy Tomato Chutney is ready.
