Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 6 stems green chilli (rootCut)
  • 1 unit coriander leaves (remove)
  • 100 g potato (peeled)
  • 120 g wheat flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp jeera powder

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, and potato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now peel and chop the ingredients.

The device will now blend

Add wheat flour, water, salt, and jeera powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select blend mode at 20°C for 30 seconds at speed 2, followed by 20 seconds at speed 6. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and blend the ingredients to create a smooth batter.

Repeat the above

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically dispense 0.25 tbsp of batter onto the preheated pan. Repeat this process for each crepe. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically maintain a temperature of 120°C for cooking

The dish is ready

Once cooked, flip each crepe using the spatula. Serve immediately. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically signal completion.
