  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 30 g Capsicum (cut in three)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Vinegar
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 80 ml Water
  • 200 g Cabbage (cut in 3)
  • 100 g English Cucumber (cut in four)
  • 1 piece Paneer (cut in four)
  • 50 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 100 g Spring Onion Green (cut)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Garlic, Capsicum, and Ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut the vegetables using the "cut" function at 20°C for 10 seconds.

Prepare the peanut sauce

Add Peanut Butter, Honey, Lemon Juice, Chilli Vinegar, Salt, Chilli Flakes, and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now mix the sauce using the "mix" function at 20°C for 150 seconds with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients to jar

Add Cabbage, English Cucumber, Paneer, and Roasted Salted Peanuts to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut and mix the remaining ingredients at 20°C for 25 seconds using automatic stirring.
