Add crumbled paneer, chopped pistachios, cashews, and almonds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add sweet condensed milk and full-fat milk. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically weigh and record the ingredients.
Select the "Cook Paneer" preset in The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically stir and cook the mixture at 95°C for 15 minutes using the TAT heating mode and automatic stirring. This process will combine and soften the ingredients.
Once the initial cooking is complete, add green cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue stirring and cooking at 95°C for another 5 minutes, ensuring even distribution of the cardamom flavour using the TAT heating mode and automatic stirring.
Pour the mixture into a ghee-lined tray. Refrigerate for 4 hours to solidify. Once set, cut into squares and serve. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically adjust the recipe scaling based on the initial ingredient quantities entered
