The Upliance 2.0 will automatically blend the mangoes at speed 12 for 10 seconds, then at speed 10 for 10 seconds. Ensure the lid and cap are on and scrape down the sides as needed.
Add thick curd and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now blend all ingredients at speed 5 for 10 seconds, then at speed 10 for 10 seconds using the TAT heating mode at 20°C. Finally, blend at speed 11 for 8 seconds using the TAT heating mode at 20°C. Ensure the lid and cap are on.
The Upliance 2.0 has completed the blending process. The Mango Lassi is ready to be served. For extra sweetness, add 1 medium spoon of sugar and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
