Ingredients

  • 140g Basmati Rice (washed)
  • 400ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 5 stems Jeera (rootCut)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add washed rice, water, ghee, jeera, garlic, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook

Select the "Cooking Jeera Rice" program on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically cook the rice at 120°C for 240 seconds followed by 840 seconds at the same temperature with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above

Once the cooking cycle is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will automatically transition to a resting period. After the resting period, remove the cooked rice from the jar.

The dish is ready

Garnish the cooked rice with minced coriander leaves in a separate bowl. The Jeera Rice is ready to serve.
