    Ingredients

    • 20 g Cashews (soaked)
    • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (root cut)
    • 2 pieces Onion (halved)
    • 30 ml Water
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 20 g Cashews (whole)
    • 200 g Paneer (cubed)
    • 50 g Curd
    • 50 g Capsicum (chopped)
    • 50 g Cream
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Prepare the Base

    Blend the soaked cashews, garlic, chilli, coriander, onion, and water into a paste externally. Add this paste, along with whole cashews and refined oil, to The Upliance jar.

    Sauté the Aromatics

    The device will now sauté the base mixture. It operates on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes with automatic stirring to ensure the paste cooks thoroughly without sticking.

    Add Mains and Simmer

    Add paneer cubes, curd, capsicum, cream, salt, and black pepper to the jar. The device will cook the curry on medium heat for about 10 minutes, gently stirring to coat the paneer in the rich gravy.

    The dish is ready. Garnish with fresh minced coriander leaves and serve hot with Naan or Rice.
