Add Refined Oil, Soaked Cashews, Onion, Garlic, Capsicum, Tomato, Green Chilli, Black Pepper and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 4 minutes; then reduce to 90°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.
Add Paneer, Curd, and Cream to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 4 minutes; then reduce to 90°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the paneer in a creamy gravy.
Add minced Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will gently mix for 3 seconds at 20°C. Repeat the above step if needed for additional flavouring.
