  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (minced)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 0.75 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala
  • 3 pieces Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 100 g Instant Oats
  • 400 ml Water
  • 50 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add Refined Oil, Green Chilli, Hing, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Jeera, and Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the tomato base

Add Tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook using the sauté mode at 95°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring and scraping, followed by a quick stir at speed 12 for 10 seconds.

Add oats, water, and peas; repeat cooking

Add Instant Oats, Water, and Frozen Peas to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook using the classic mode at 20°C for 10 seconds, followed by the TAT mode at 95°C for 300 seconds and then rice cooker mode at 100°C for 600 seconds, all with automatic stirring.

Garnish with Coriander Leaves in a separate bowl. The dish is ready to be served.
