    • 300 g Curd (fresh)
    • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
    • 0.75 tsp Salt (standard)

    Tomato raita is a tangy and creamy yogurt-based dish that is a popular side in Indian cuisine. It is made by blending chopped tomatoes with yogurt and spices like cumin, salt, and mint leaves. The resulting dish is refreshing, and flavorful, and pairs well with spicy curries or rice dishes
