    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
    • 2 whole Cloves
    • 2 inches Cinnamon Stick
    • 1 piece Garlic (peeled)
    • 10 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 5 g Green Chilli
    • 2 pieces Onion (quartered)
    • 80 g Onion (chunky chopped)
    • 80 g Carrot (cubed)
    • 20 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
    • 300 g Chicken (curry cut)
    • 200 g Coconut Milk
    • 10 g Refined Flour (Maida)
    • 150 g Water
    • 1.5 tsp Salt
    • 4 pods Green Cardamom
    • 5 whole Black Peppercorns
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Prepare the aromatics

    Add peeled garlic, ginger, green chilies, onion quarters, cinnamon stick, cloves, and coconut oil to The Upliance jar.

    Chop and sauté base

    The device will now cut the aromatics for 10 seconds. Then, it will sauté the spices on medium heat for 1 minute and cook the aromatics on low heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.

    Add vegetables and chicken

    Add carrots, chopped onions, curry leaves, chicken, coconut milk, flour, water, and remaining spices. The device will sauté vegetables on low heat for 5 minutes, then slow cook the stew on low heat for 30 minutes.
