  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 2 inches Cinnamon Stick (none)
  • 80 g Potato (chunky)
  • 80 g Carrot (cut)
  • 20 leaves Curry Leaves (wash)
  • 300 g Chicken (wash)
  • 200 g Coconut Milk (none)
  • 10 g Green Chilli (none)
  • 1 piece Green Cardamom (remove)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 5 g Ginger (peel)
  • 2 pieces Green Chilli (cutFour)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add Coconut Oil, Onions, Cinnamon Stick, Green Cardamom, Garlic, and Ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add Chicken, Coconut Milk, Green Chilli, and Coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will cook at 95°C for 600 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping.
