  • 70 g Poha (sieveandwash)
  • 800 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 6 stems Capsicum (rootCut)
  • 0.5 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli
  • 20 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 1 piece Onion (cutFour)
  • 1 piece English Cucumber (cutFour)
  • 1 piece Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves (cutineight)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add Olive oil, Lemon juice, Capsicum, Chaat Masala, Salt, Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Making Dressing" mode at 20°C for 12 seconds at speed 12, then 30 seconds at speed 1 with automatic stirring.

The device will now cut/cook vegetables

Add Onion, Cucumber, and Tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut vegetables using "Cutting Vegetables" mode at 20°C for 2 seconds at speed 6, then 5 seconds at speed 5 with automatic stirring.

Add Poha and Peanuts

Add washed Poha and Roasted Salted Peanuts to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Use "Mixing Salad" mode at 20°C for 15 seconds at speed 1 with automatic stirring and scraping.

The dish is ready

Garnish with minced Coriander leaves. The Poha Salad is ready to serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
