Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Onion (peeled)
  • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Tomato (cut)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.75 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 20 g Dried Red Chilli
  • 60 g Chicken Breast
  • 100 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 160 ml Thick Curd

Instructions

Add aromatics and tomatoes to jar

Add onions, garlic, tomato, and oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes until onions turn translucent. The device will now cut/cook aromatics and tomatoes.

The device will now cook chicken and spices

Add oregano, chilli flakes, pepper, dried red chilli, chicken breast, and mushrooms to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook chicken and spices in the tomato-mushroom gravy.

Add curd and simmer

Add thick curd to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 90°C and let Upliance simmer for 5 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now simmer the sauce.

The dish is ready

Garnish with remaining chilli flakes and oregano. The Low Cal Chicken Stroganoff is ready to be served from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
