    Ingredients

    • 3 pieces Dried Red Chilli (stem removed)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 130 g Onion (cut into halves)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (measured)
    • 130 g Tomato (cut into halves)
    • 100 g Button Mushroom (washed)
    • 0.75 tsp Salt (measured)
    • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (measured)
    • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (measured)
    • 20 g Cheese Cube (measured)
    • 60 g Thick Curd (measured)
    • 300 g Chicken Breast (cut into chunks)
    • 160 ml Water (measured)
    • 0.5 tbsp Chilli Flakes (measured)
    • 1 tsp Oregano Seasoning (measured)

    Instructions

    Add aromatics to jar

    Add dried red chilli, peeled garlic, halved onion, and refined oil to The Upliance jar.

    Chop and sauté aromatics

    The device will now chop the vegetables and sauté the aromatics on low heat for approximately 9 minutes with automatic stirring.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook

    Add tomatoes and mushrooms to The Upliance jar. The device will cook them on medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add chicken, curd, cheese, water, and spices. The device will simmer the mixture on low heat for 30 minutes.

    The Low Cal Chicken Stroganoff is ready. Garnish with chilli flakes and oregano seasoning before serving.
