    • 25 leaves Curry Leaves
    • 3 tsp Salt
    • 4 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 3 tsp Amchur Powder
    • 3 tsp Turmeric
    • 480 g Water

    Instructions

    Instant Dal Mix is a convenient and time-saving solution for preparing a delicious bowl of dal. This versatile mix combines a medley of spices and lentils, carefully blended to create a flavorful base. Simply add water or broth, cook it to perfection, and enjoy a hearty and comforting dal dish in no time

      The device will now grind the roasted lentils. Using high-speed blending pulses, The Upliance pulverizes the mixture into a fine powder over approximately 3 minutes.

      Add oil, spices, and curry leaves to the jar to sauté. Add the ground dal powder, powdered spices, and water. The Upliance will cook the mixture on low heat for 10 minutes with consistent stirring.
