    Ingredients

    • 50 g Rice (washed and soaked for 1 hour)
    • 20 g Cashews
    • 10 g Almonds
    • 2 tbsp Ghee
    • 200 ml Milk (TetraPak)
    • 8 tsp Sugar
    • 0.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder

    Instructions

    Add dry fruits to jar

    Add cashews and almonds to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the nuts automatically for 10 seconds.

    The device will now roast the nuts

    Add ghee to The Upliance jar. The device will roast the dry fruits on medium-high heat for 90 seconds until aromatic.

    Add rice and milk to cook

    Add the soaked rice, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on medium-high heat for 18-20 minutes with automatic stirring to ensure a creamy texture.

    The dish is ready

    Once the cooking cycle is complete and the rice is soft, serve the Rice Kheer hot or transfer to a bowl to chill.
