Ingredients

  • 100 g Spinach (washed)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 stem Celery (removed)
  • 10 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 50 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 120 g Sweet Potato (Peeled, cut in cubes)
  • 450 ml Coconut Milk
  • 50 g Amaranth seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice (squeeze)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 200 g Spinach
  • 0 g Salt

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add spinach, coconut oil, celery, ginger, onion, and chilli flakes to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cut and sauté

Select sauté mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically cut and sauté the ingredients at 95°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add mushroom, sweet potato, coconut milk, amaranth seeds, lemon juice, black pepper, and remaining spinach to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 1200 seconds (20 minutes) with automatic stirring.

The soup is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will indicate completion. Remove from jar and serve. Add salt to taste.
