Eggs cooked in a tomato sauce - straightforward, low-effort, high on flavour
Add 1 piece Garlic (remove), 15 cloves Garlic (peel), 0.5 tsp Pomace Olive Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes. The device will now cut/cook garlic.
Add 3 pieces Tomato (cutTwo), 1 piece Green Chilli (cutFour), 1 tsp Oregano Seasoning, 0.5 tsp Sugar, 1 tbsp Jeera, 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C for 300 seconds. Upliance will automatically stir and cook the tomatoes and spices at 95°C for 5 minutes and then 20°C for 10 seconds.
Add 4 pieces Egg (none) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the eggs in the tomato sauce at 85°C for 300 seconds and then at 90°C for 360 seconds with automatic stirring.
Add 10 g Butter (null) and 2 stems Coriander Leaves (mince) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The dish is ready.
