Add 300g raw mango and 1000ml water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the boil function at 95°C for 21 minutes with the lid on. The device will automatically maintain the temperature.
After boiling, The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cool down the mangoes. Remove the mangoes from the jar and extract the pulp using an external tool (outside instruction). Then add the mango pulp back into The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Add 12 tsp sugar, 2 tsp black salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 0.75 tsp jeera powder, and 30 cleaned mint leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar with the mango pulp. Select the blend function at 20°C for 40 seconds. The device will automatically stir and blend the ingredients.
The Aam Panna is ready. Serve in glasses with ice as needed (outside instruction).
