Ingredients

  • 200 g Broccoli (trimmed)
  • 100 g Sweet Corn (boiled)
  • 7 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 10 pieces Black Olives (sliced)
  • 0.25 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeezed)

Add ingredients to jar

Add 200g trimmed broccoli, 100g boiled sweet corn, 7 peeled garlic cloves, 0.25 tsp black pepper, 0.5 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp pomace olive oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Add remaining ingredients and sauté

Add 10 sliced black olives and 0.25 tbsp squeezed lemon juice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Continue sautéing at 95°C for an additional 2 minutes with automatic stirring.
