  • 120g Red Bell Pepper (washed)
  • 50g Yellow Bell Pepper (washed)
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.75 tsp Black Pepper
  • 120g Iceberg Lettuce (washed)
  • 10g Roasted Salted Peanuts (washed)
  • 20g Cherry Tomatoes (washed)
