  • 160 g Sona Masoori Rice (washed)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 100 g Raw Mango (peeled and de-seeded)
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 15 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli (stems removed)
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 4 g Peanuts (raw)
  • 4 g Split Urad Dal
  • 6 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 0.5 tbsp Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 20 g Peanuts (raw)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add peeled and de-seeded mango, mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric, red chillies, hing, refined oil, peanuts, split urad dal, and ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the ingredients in the jar at 100°C for 120 seconds, then at 95°C for 180 seconds using automatic stirring.

Add rice and water, cook

Add washed rice and water to the jar. The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the rice with spices at 95°C for 1320 seconds with automatic stirring and a sealed lid.

The dish is ready

Once cooked, garnish with additional curry leaves and peanuts in a separate pan. The Raw Mango Rice is ready to serve.
