Ingredients

  • 60 g Drumstick (chopped)
  • 2 stems Snake Gourd (chopped)
  • 60 g Raw Banana (chopped)
  • 100 g Ash Gourd (chopped)
  • 1 piece Coconut (grated)
  • 80 g French Beans (chopped)
  • 80 ml Water
  • 1.25 tsp Turmeric (powder)
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera (powder)
  • 60 g Carrot (chopped)
  • 50 g Thick Curd (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 15 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)

Instructions

Add vegetables and spices to jar

Add drumstick, snake gourd, raw banana, ash gourd, coconut, french beans, water, turmeric, jeera, and carrot to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add curry leaves and garlic.

The device will now cook the vegetables

Select The Upliance 2.0's "Sauté" mode at 120°C for 10 minutes. Then switch to "Simmer" mode at 100°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically adjust temperature and stirring for optimal results

Add blended paste and cook

Add the pre-blended paste (coconut, garlic, green chilli) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select The Upliance 2.0's "Simmer" mode at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

The Avial is ready

Garnish with coriander leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically signal completion. Serve hot with Appam or steamed rice.
