Ingredients

  • 100g Broccoli (cut)
  • 60g Carrot (prepId: 05f36d09-a66f-44ca-abd5-9d909ad34f71)
  • 80g Cherry tomatoes (Cut in 2)
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  • 0.75 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 120g Fusilli Pasta
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 700ml Water
  • 30g Pasta water
  • 10g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 10g Butter (prepId: 85b90fa6-4cef-4e38-87ae-1aa05e6aaa9d)

Instructions

Add vegetables and seasonings to jar

Add broccoli, carrot, cherry tomatoes, dill, lemon juice, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will automatically mix the ingredients.

The device will now steam vegetables and boil pasta

Place the marinated vegetables in the steamer basket above the pasta in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add water and salt. Select the steam and boil setting at 95°C for 13 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically adjust the cooking time as needed.

Reserve pasta water and add to jar

Strain the pasta, reserving 30g of pasta water. Add the pasta, olive oil, butter, and reserved pasta water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir to combine.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically mix the ingredients. Serve immediately.
