This Paneer Schezwan Sandwich is delicious, bursting with flavours and is ridiculously easy to make. Serve it as an appetizer, toss it in with some noodles, make some sandwiches or rolls with this super fast recipe.
Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 piece Green Chilli (cutTwo), 1 piece Onion (remove), and 10 cloves Garlic (peel) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 8 seconds. Increase speed to 6 and cook for an additional 10 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and sauté the aromatics for 8 seconds at speed 3 and then 10 seconds at speed 6 at 95°C. The lid should remain on during this process.
Add 200 g Paneer (cut), 0.25 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala, and 1 tbsp Schezwan Chutney to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the ‘Sautéing Paneer’ preset. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cook the paneer at 95°C for 240 seconds at speed 13, then reduce temperature to 90°C and cook for 180 seconds at speed 1. The lid should be off during this process.
