    Ingredients

    • 500 g Chicken (Curry Cut)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (Peeled)
    • 6 g Ginger (Peeled)
    • 7 stems Green Chilli (Root Cut)
    • 3 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
    • 1.5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 80 ml Water
    • 10 g Butter

    Prepare the aromatics

    Add peeled garlic, ginger, and green chillies to The Upliance jar for the base of the marinade.

    Chop and sauté chicken

    The device will chop the aromatics for 10 seconds. Add oil and sauté on low heat for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and let The Upliance sauté on low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

    Add tamarind paste, ketchup, spices, salt, water, and butter to the jar. The Upliance will cook the chicken on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring continuously to create a rich gravy.
