Ingredients

  • 1 piece Onion (cutFour)
  • 1 piece Tomato (remove)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cutTwo)
  • 30 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (rootCut)
  • 0.5 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 40 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 80 g Sev

Add aromatics to jar

Add the onion, tomato, green chili, mint leaves, and coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will then automatically cut these ingredients according to pre-programmed settings.

The device will now cut/mix aromatics

Select the "Cutting Aromatics" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically cut the aromatics at 20°C for 10 seconds using speed 6 with scraping enabled. This ensures even cutting and distribution.

Add peanuts and sev; mix

Add the roasted salted peanuts and sev to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add the Chaat Masala and Lemon Juice. Select the "Mixing Masala Peanuts" preset. The Upliance 2.0 will mix everything at 20°C for 10 seconds at speed 1 with the lid and cap on.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the Masala Peanuts from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve in a bowl. Mix with a spatula if needed (outside of device).
