Ingredients

  • 100 g Rajma (washed)
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 2 Tomatoes (cutTwo)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (minced)
  • 0.25 tbsp Anardana Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Black Cardamom (crushed)
  • 0 g Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add washed Rajma, water, oil, hing, and green chilies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select pressure cook mode at 100°C for 15 minutes. The device will automatically adjust pressure and time.

The device will now cook the Rajma

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically pressure cook the Rajma. After the first whistle, maintain low heat for 15 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add tomatoes, coriander powder, anardana powder, garam masala, and black cardamom to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 1500 seconds with automatic stirring. Add salt to taste.

The dish is ready
