    Ingredients

    • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (top removed)
    • 2.5 tbsp Olive Oil
    • 210 g Tomato (cubed)
    • 15 g Basil (fresh, trimmed)
    • 2 tsp Dried Basil
    • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 10 g Cheese Cube
    • 160 g Pasta - Fusilli or Penne (uncooked)
    • 350 ml Water
    • 35 g Butter
    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
    • 10 pieces Black Olives (sliced)
    • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes

    Instructions

    Add aromatics to jar

    Add peeled garlic cloves, green chilli, and olive oil to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid.

    The device will now prepare the base

    The device will chop the aromatics. Add tomatoes, basil, dried basil, ketchup, salt, spices, and cheese. The device will cook on medium heat and blend the sauce for approximately 7 minutes.

    Add pasta and cook

    Add the pasta, water, butter, sugar, and black pepper to the jar. The Upliance will cook the pasta in the sauce on low heat for 14 minutes with automatic stirring.

    The dish is ready

    Open the lid and transfer the pasta to a bowl. Garnish with sliced black olives and chilli flakes before serving.
