Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Hing (no prep)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (no prep)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (no prep)
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (no prep)
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (no prep)
  • 0.75 tsp Garam Masala (no prep)
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger (peeled)
  • 120 g Potato (trimmed)
  • 80 g Cauliflower (diced)
  • 200 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (no prep)

Instructions

Add aromatics and oil to jar

Add Hing, Turmeric, Refined Oil, Green Chilli, Kashmiri Mirch, and Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.

Add vegetables and ginger

Add Ginger, Potato, Cauliflower, and Garlic to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 120°C and let Upliance cook for 360 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the vegetables.

Simmer and finish

Continue cooking at 120°C for an additional 720 seconds with automatic stirring in The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer the Aloo Gobi.

Garnish and serve

Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and garnish with Coriander Leaves. The dish is ready.
