Ingredients

  • 70 g Quinoa (washed)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 10 g Green Chilli
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 50 g Onion (chopped)
  • 50 g Carrot (chopped)
  • 80 g French Beans (peeled and cut)
  • 20 g Curry Leaves
  • 50 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Roasted Salted Peanuts (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Quinoa, Coconut Oil, Green Chilli, Turmeric, Onion, Carrot, French Beans, and Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the vegetables

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and sauté the vegetables at 100°C for 30 minutes. The device will then automatically adjust to 95°C for 600 minutes to cook the vegetables thoroughly.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add Frozen Peas to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will automatically stir and cook at 95°C for 10 minutes. Then add Lemon Juice and Salt to taste.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically mix everything for 20 seconds. Garnish with Roasted Salted Peanuts and serve. The dish is ready.
