  • 100 g Sona Masoori Rice (washed)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Split Urad Dal
  • 1.5 pieces Green Chilli
  • 1 piece Onion (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 500 g Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
  • 80 g Frozen Peas (washed)

Add ingredients to jar

Add all ingredients except the blended rice to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Select the "Grind Rice" setting on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically grind the rice for 15 seconds at speed 12, then 10 seconds at speed 11, and finally 25 seconds at speed 12.
