    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.25 tsp Methi Seeds
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 250 g Bhindi (cut into large pieces)
    • 1.5 tbsp Tamarind Paste
    • 16 g Jaggery (shaved)
    • 350 g Water
    • 6 g Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Add tempering ingredients to jar

    Add Refined Oil, Mustard Seeds, Hing, Dried Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, and Split Urad Dal to The Upliance jar. The device will heat the oil and splutter spices on medium heat for 30 seconds.
