    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 tsp Nigella Seeds
    • 1 Bay Leaf
    • 5 Dried Red Chilli (stems removed)
    • 8 pieces Tomato (halved)
    • 12 tsp Sugar
    • 50 g Jaggery
    • 0.5 tbsp Tamarind Paste
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 2 Mint Leaves (cleaned)

    Instructions

    Sweet & spicy tomato chutney is the perfect accompaniment to Indian meals. You will love it with paratha or your sandwiches

      Add spices to jar

      Add Refined Oil, Nigella Seeds, Bay Leaf, and Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance jar to prepare the base tempering.
