Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Nigella Seeds
  • 1 tsp Jaggery
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 0.5 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 12 tsp Sugar
  • 2 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 5 Dried Red Chilli (remove stems)
  • 8 Tomatoes (cut into two)

Instructions

Add spices and oil to jar

Add Nigella seeds, Jaggery, Refined oil, Salt, Bay leaf, Tamarind paste, and Dried Red Chilies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 60 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.

The device will now cook tomatoes and sugar

Add Tomatoes and Sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 300 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will automatically adjust temperature and stirring speed as needed.

Repeat and finalize

Add Mint leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Continue cooking for an additional 900 seconds at 95°C with automatic stirring, adjusting stirring speed as needed. The device will switch to RICECOOKER mode at 100°C for 120 seconds.

The chutney is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the chutney from The Upliance 2.0 jar. The dish is ready.
