Ingredients

  • 120 g Poha (washed)
  • 15 g Onion (finely chopped)
  • 0.25 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 60 g Onion (cut into four)
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1.5 pieces Green Chilli (remove stem)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves
  • 30 g Roasted Salted Peanuts

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add washed Poha, chopped onions, mustard seeds, curry leaves, olive oil, refined oil, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 1 minute.

The device will now sauté and temper

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté and temper the ingredients for 1 minute at 120°C with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add remaining ingredients (onions, green chilies, ginger, turmeric, sugar) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select cook mode at 100°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with coriander leaves and roasted peanuts. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir during the cooking process. The Poha is ready to serve.
