Add Daliya, water, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now boil the Daliya at 95°C for 180 seconds using PID control, then stir at speed 1 for 10 seconds, and finally stir at speed 13 for 420 seconds, maintaining 95°C using PID control.
Add olive oil, tamarind paste, green chili, and mint leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will mix at speed 12 for 5 seconds, then at speed 1 for 30 seconds at 20°C using automatic stirring.
Add chopped onion, capsicum, and cucumber to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut/mix the vegetables and dressing at speed 6 for 2 seconds and then at speed 5 for 5 seconds at 20°C using automatic stirring and scraping.
Strain the boiled Daliya. Add the prepared dressing and vegetables to the strained Daliya in a bowl. Add mango and paneer. Mix gently and serve. The dish is ready.
