Coconut Chutney is a delightful South Indian condiment that pairs beautifully with breakfast and snack dishes like Idli, Dosa, Uttapam and Medu Vada
Add garlic, coriander leaves, roasted chana dal, green chilli, coconut, jeera powder, tamarind paste, and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select blend mode at 20°C for 40 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically blend the ingredients for 20 seconds at speed 10, followed by 30 seconds at speed 12. This ensures a smooth coconut chutney.
Remove the chutney from the jar. In a separate pan, add peanuts and remaining ingredients (oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds, ginger). The Upliance 2.0 will roast the peanuts at 110°C for 4 minutes using the TAT heating mode and speed 13. Then, sauté the tadka ingredients on high flame till peanuts brown.
Combine the blended chutney with the roasted peanuts and tadka. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container. Plating is done outside of the device.
No more standing over the stove. Upliance stirs your filling perfectly.
Maintain exact 120°C for perfect sautéing without burning.
