Prawn Stir Fry made with easily available ingredients that you can always find in your pantry. This recipe uses no masalas, in order to retain the original flavour of the seafood. Serve as a starter or pair with Malabar Parotta
Add 3 pieces garlic (remove) and 15 cloves garlic (peeled) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 20°C for 10 minutes with speed 7. The device will now cut and sauté the garlic.
Add 400g washed prawns, 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.25 tsp Dried Red Chilli, and 0.5 tbsp Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the prawns at 95°C for 2 minutes with speed 1, followed by 2 minutes at 100°C with speed 13 using automatic stirring and PID control.
Add 2 tbsp Butter and 0.25 tbsp Tomato Ketchup to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 10 minutes with speed 14 using automatic stirring and PID control.
Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and garnish with 4 stems minced Coriander Leaves. The Prawn Stir Fry is ready to serve.
