    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp Ghee
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
    • 1 Green Chilli
    • 7 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 3 pieces Onion (quartered)
    • 250 g Cauliflower (trimmed florets)
    • 150 ml Curd
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 2 Bay Leaf
    • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
    • 2 Black Cardamom
    • 50 ml Water
    • 15 g Cream
    • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi

    Instructions

    Prepare the aromatics

    Add ghee, jeera, and hing to The Upliance jar. The device will bloom the spices on medium heat. Then, add onions, garlic, green chilli, and coriander stems. The device will now chop the aromatics automatically.

    Sauté the base

    The device will now sauté the chopped mixture on low heat for 3 minutes with automatic stirring to remove the raw smell.

    Cook the stew

    Add cauliflower florets, curd, whole spices (bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom), salt, and water to the jar. The device will simmer the stew on low heat for 26 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

    Finish and serve

    Stir in the fresh cream and garnish with kasoori methi. The dish is ready. Serve hot with Roti.
