Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 0.25 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 4 stems Green Chilli (rootCut)
  • 1 Bay Leaf (remove)
  • 7 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 3 pieces Cinnamon Stick (cutFour)
  • 250 g Cauliflower (trim)
  • 150 ml Curd
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 50 g Coriander Leaves
  • 15 g Cream

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add Jeera, Hing, Kasoori Methi, Green Chilli, Bay Leaf, Garlic, and Cinnamon Stick to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now bloom the spices using the "Tempering Jeera" setting at 100°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now sauté aromatics

Add chopped onions to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the aromatics using the "Sauté Onions" setting at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add cauliflower and cook the stew

Add Cauliflower, Curd, Salt, Green Chilli, Ginger, and Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the stew using the "Cooking Stew" setting at 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring. Repeat this step for another 20 minutes.

The dish is ready

Add cream to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently. The Cauliflower Stew is ready. Serve hot with Roti.
