Add Suji to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select roasting mode at 100°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will then stir at speed 1 for 10 minutes at 20°C.
Add remaining green chilies and coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will steam the idli mixture at 95°C for 15 minutes. Remove the steamer basket and let it rest for 5 minutes. The Rava Idli is ready to serve.
