Ingredients

  • 92 g Rawa Idli Mix
  • 100 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Eno (baking powder)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli (minced)
  • 120 g Suji (semolina)
  • 2 stems Green Chilli (minced)
  • 0.5 tbsp Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Rawa Idli Mix, water, Eno, ginger, and green chilies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will automatically mix the ingredients, let it rest for 15 minutes.

The device will now roast the semolina

Add Suji to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select roasting mode at 100°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will then stir at speed 1 for 10 minutes at 20°C.

Add spices and sauté

Add remaining green chilies and coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will steam the idli mixture at 95°C for 15 minutes. Remove the steamer basket and let it rest for 5 minutes. The Rava Idli is ready to serve.
