Ingredients

  • 140 g Basmati Rice (soaked)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Hing
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tbsp Ghee (for garnishing)
  • 2 stems Mint Leaves (minced)
  • 1 piece Ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 2 pieces Onion (finely chopped)
  • 6 g Dried Red Chilli (crushed)
  • 30 leaves Coriander Leaves (cleaned)

Instructions

Add aromatics and rice to jar

Add ghee, hing, jeera, green chilli, ginger, garlic, and onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds. Then add soaked rice and coriander powder. The device will now sauté and mix the ingredients.

The device will now cook the mushrooms

Add sliced mushrooms to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the ‘Sautéing Mushrooms’ preset. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cook the mushrooms at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and water

Add water, dried red chillies, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the ‘Cooking Pulao’ preset. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cook the pulao at 95°C for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with ghee and minced mint and coriander leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically keep the pulao warm. The Mushroom Pulao is ready to serve.
