Ingredients

  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Onion (remove)
  • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cutFour)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 500 g Chicken - Curry Cut (wash)
  • 60 ml Curd
  • 1.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 180 g Water
  • 11 g Dried Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to the jar

Add onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Close the lid and ensure the cap is on.

Automated cutting and sautéing

The device will now automatically cut the ingredients and sauté them in oil with automatic stirring. Set to high heat for 6-7 minutes. Add the refined oil to the jar.

Cooking the chicken

Add the chicken, curd, salt, black pepper, dried red chilli, water and Kasoori Methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the curry with automatic stirring. Set to high heat for 5 minutes and then medium heat for 12 minutes.

Dish is ready

The Dahi Lahsooni Chicken is now ready to serve. Garnish with remaining Kasoori Methi before serving. Enjoy your home-style chicken curry.
