Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (peeled and chopped)
  • 5 g ginger (peeled and minced)
  • 15 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 1 green chili (cut into four)
  • 2 tbsp refined oil
  • 60 ml curd
  • 500 g chicken (curry cut, washed)
  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi
  • 1.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 180 g dried red chili (crushed)

Instructions

Add aromatics and oil to jar

Add onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 2 tbsp of refined oil. The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté at 95°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the chicken

Add chicken, curd, kasoori methi, salt, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 15 minutes using automatic stirring. Then, it will simmer at 95°C for a total of 1500 seconds (25 minutes) using automatic stirring and PID control.

Repeat the above

Add the crushed dried red chilies to the Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue cooking at 95°C for an additional 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

The Dahi Lahsooni Chicken is ready. Serve hot.
