Add 130g Onion (cutFour), 15 cloves Garlic (peel), 1 piece Green Chilli (remove), and 100ml Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.
Add 50g Tomato (wash), 1.5 tbsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Hing, 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 1 tsp Jeera, and 1 tsp Sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 120°C and let Upliance cook for 120 seconds with automatic stirring. Repeat this process adding ingredients in batches as per the recipe and device instructions.
Add 200g Paneer (cut) and 40g Frozen Peas to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 120°C and let Upliance cook for a total of 420 seconds with automatic stirring, alternating between stirring and resting periods as per the device's instructions. Add 1 tsp Salt.
Garnish with 1 tsp Kasoori Methi. Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve hot with rice or chapati.
